Well Restoration Overview

oil well restoration overviewAmerica has an abundance of Crude Oil and Natural Gas Reserves, much of which is undiscovered and undeveloped. As modern technology has advanced, so has the ability to extract these natural resources and to take advantage of more efficient and effective extraction techniques. In an effort to create a more environmentally friendly and efficient extraction process, these wells must be modernized and essentially recycled and restored to provide maximum production as well as maximum profitability.

All Clear Energy provides an effective way to “recycle” old oil and natural gas wells through our “Well Restoration and Recycling Program” which is designed to “Green” the oil industry in addition to providing a cost effective approach to oil and gas production revenue.

The primary goal of the Well Restoration and Recycling Program is to evaluate and acquire existing oil and gas wells which have the potential to return to profitability through production. With a multi-part restoration approach, these wells will be assessed to determine maximum profitability potential. Wells requiring restoration may have modifications or enhanced recovery procedures where additional reservoirs may be accessed and re-completed as economically feasible. Our goal is to recycle those wells which are unable to return to profitability through oil and gas production by converting those wells into secondary revenue generating disposal wells. Upon completion of revenue generating operations, additional revenue may be obtained through the sale of surface and downhole equipment.

As wells are researched, those leases which are identified as having additional new and offset drilling locations will be developed into drilling prospects. These drilling prospects may be drilled at a later date or sold as a complete drilling prospect to a third party.
