Industry Partner Questionnaire

All Clear Energy is involved in the Oil & Gas Industry and from time to time may take on Industry Partners in drilling, reworking, completing and producing Oil & Gas in Texas. In order to assist us in determining the viability of a partnership between each interested party, we respectfully request that each interested party provide us with a completed Partner Interest Questionnaire. Such information will be held in complete confidence and will assist us in determining an initial indication of interest.

Oil Investments
All Clear Energy makes its own investments in oil and gas using its own capital, labor and time in the research, acquisition, leasing and development of its properties. Although there may be a number different types of oil and gas investment opportunities, All Clear Energy makes oil investments in leasing and prospect development at the early stage. The oil investments made by All Clear Energy into developing its leasing activities are generally in Texas.
