As an oil and gas developer, we bridge the gap between multi-billion dollar energy companies and smaller independents. Our key business model is to identify oil and gas production opportunities which may be too small for any of the big oil and gas companies. By identifying these opportunities in oil and gas production, well restoration and recycling, work-over and re-work operations in addition to secondary recovery techniques, we are able to provide our industry partners with top quality, geologically identified drilling prospects ready for immediate drilling and/or work over operations.

Our development process is as follows:

  1. Identify potential undeveloped or/or underdeveloped oil and gas reservoirs through geological research.
  2. Coordinate lease, equipment and/or geological acquisition.
  3. Conduct geological analysis and gather additional well data to determine maximum oil recovery potential.
  4. Work with industry partners to complete necessary field operations (drilling/work-over operations).
  5. Continued oil production and/or asset disposition.

Industry Partner Questionnaire

All Clear Energy is involved in the Oil & Gas Industry and from time to time may take on Industry Partners in drilling, reworking, completing and producing Oil & Gas in Texas. In order to assist us in determining the viability of a partnership between each interested party, we respectfully request that each interested party provide us with a completed Partner Interest Questionnaire. Such information will be held in complete confidence and will assist us in determining an initial indication of interest.
